Tickets are delivered digitally, e.g. QR Code via E-Mail, that saves paper and pleases our environment. Of course you can simply print your ticket infos. Tickets can not be refunded. Image and sound recordings are permitted for private use only, carrying professional image/audio equipment is prohibited. Event locations might change to due to different reasons.
