Refund policy

If you are unsure about which size is the right fit for you maybe just contact me, maybe I can help as I have been wearing this stuff for years now.

All purchases are final and no refund will be issued. By purchasing you agree that my products are non-refundable and cannot be returned after purchase. After your purchase it is your responsibility to download digital products within the next 7 days to receive the file(s) as I cannot guarantee how long the download will be available. You are required to enter a valid email address you can access so your purchase can be delivered. If you do not receive a download within this time please contact me immediately.

Concert/Event locations might change and are no refund reason.

When you have a problem with one of your ordered products just write me an email and I can look into if I might do something (good will and not obligatory though).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue.
